RETURNS POLICY
1. Faulty or Not as Described
- If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match descriptions, or contains hidden defects, contact our team at enquiries@sunnys.co.nz.
- We’ll offer to repair, replace, or refund the product.
- Receipt required; without it, we may refuse the return.
2. Unwanted Items
- Unwanted goods can be returned for a credit note if:
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and you have the proof of purchase.
- Returns may incur a 20% processing & handling fee.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility (non-refundable).
3. Non-Returnable Items
No refunds, credit notes, or exchanges unless faulty for the following:
- Underwear, swimwear, personal clothing
- Bedding accessories (e.g. pillow/mattress protectors)
- Prepaid vouchers or gift cards
- CDs, DVDs, software (if seal/shrink-wrap is broken)
- Cosmetics & fragrances
- Jewellery
- Mobile phones, prepaid starter kits, activation products
- Personal care items
- Food products
- Costumes
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
4. Additional Conditions
- Returns may be refused if the item is misused, mistreated, or no proof of purchase provided (store may offer discretionary exchange).
- Return shipping costs remain non-refundable, even if the return is accepted.
