RETURNS POLICY

1. Faulty or Not as Described

  • If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match descriptions, or contains hidden defects, contact our team at enquiries@sunnys.co.nz.
  • We’ll offer to repair, replace, or refund the product.
  • Receipt required; without it, we may refuse the return.

2. Unwanted Items

  • Unwanted goods can be returned for a credit note if:
    • The item is unused, in original packaging, and you have the proof of purchase.
  • Returns may incur a 20% processing & handling fee.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (non-refundable).

3. Non-Returnable Items

No refunds, credit notes, or exchanges unless faulty for the following:

  • Underwear, swimwear, personal clothing
  • Bedding accessories (e.g. pillow/mattress protectors)
  • Prepaid vouchers or gift cards
  • CDs, DVDs, software (if seal/shrink-wrap is broken)
  • Cosmetics & fragrances
  • Jewellery
  • Mobile phones, prepaid starter kits, activation products
  • Personal care items
  • Food products
  • Costumes
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

4. Additional Conditions

  • Returns may be refused if the item is misused, mistreated, or no proof of purchase provided (store may offer discretionary exchange).
  • Return shipping costs remain non-refundable, even if the return is accepted.
