Here at Sunny’s we will always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. All orders are sent by either a courier company or freight company depending on the size of the order.

Orders that are received before 9am we will endeavour to dispatch on the same day.

We will e-mail you with the consignment number, so that you can track and trace your order on the carriers website once it has been processed.

Most customers receive their order within 4 days. This might take longer if you have a rural delivery address or live in the lower south island. The cost of the freight is shown once you have reached the check out. Orders placed after 9am on Friday, on public holidays or the weekend will not be processed until the next business day.

*All Rural deliveries will incur an extra $5 Rural delivery fee.
