REFUND POLICY

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed when:

  • Your product is faulty, not as described, or has hidden defects and is not replaced or repaired.
  • You are entitled to a refund when no suitable alternative (repair/exchange) is available.

2. Proof of Purchase

  • Receipt is mandatory. No proof = no refund (though a discretionary store exchange may be offered).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (even if order is refunded).
  • Processing & handling fee (20%) applies to returned unwanted items and will be deducted.
  • Non-refundable items include: underwear, swimwear, bedding accessories, vouchers/gift cards, broken-postage CDs/DVDs, cosmetics, jewellery, mobile phones, personal care, food, costumes, hazardous/flammable materials (as listed above).

4. Process

  1. Contact enquiries@sunnys.co.nz to initiate.
  2. Approve refund after assessment based on proof and condition.
  3. If applicable, refund the product cost minus:
    • Shipping cost
    • 20% admin fee (for unwanted returns)
  4. Refund is issued via original payment method.
