REFUND POLICY
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed when:
- Your product is faulty, not as described, or has hidden defects and is not replaced or repaired.
- You are entitled to a refund when no suitable alternative (repair/exchange) is available.
2. Proof of Purchase
- Receipt is mandatory. No proof = no refund (though a discretionary store exchange may be offered).
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (even if order is refunded).
- Processing & handling fee (20%) applies to returned unwanted items and will be deducted.
- Non-refundable items include: underwear, swimwear, bedding accessories, vouchers/gift cards, broken-postage CDs/DVDs, cosmetics, jewellery, mobile phones, personal care, food, costumes, hazardous/flammable materials (as listed above).
4. Process
- Contact enquiries@sunnys.co.nz to initiate.
- Approve refund after assessment based on proof and condition.
- If applicable, refund the product cost minus:
- Shipping cost
- 20% admin fee (for unwanted returns)
- Refund is issued via original payment method.
