Steam or boil for nutritious greens. Also makes an exciting salad ingredient.
Product Care: Keep seedbed evenly moist during germination period. Germination period is between 7-14 days.

Where to Sow: Direct where to grow in a well prepared seedbed.

General: Soaking in warm water prior to sowing has shown to be beneficial for germination. Spinach New Zealand prefers hot, dry climates.
Seed Placement: Full Sun
Where to Grow: In a sheltered, well drained site in full sun.
Vegetable Maturity Date: This variety matures in 70-80 days.
How to Sow: Place 2-3 seeds 75cm apart and cover with 1cm of soil. Rows should be 100cm apart.
