RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

WE SELL TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS AT AMAZINGLY LOW PRICES.

We stand behind our products and work hard to ensure we bring you quality products at the best prices. However, if you do purchase a product from us that:

 

  • Is faulty (through no fault of your own) or is not of acceptable quality
  • Does not match our descriptions or in store displays
  • Has defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention

 

Firstly, please contact our Sales Team on enquiries@sunnys.co.nz to clarify details of the return.

In the first instance we will either replace or repair the product; otherwise, a refund will be given.

In all cases, you will be required to provide your receipt as proof of purchase. If you cannot present your store receipt, we reserve the right not to offer a refund, exchange or repair.

Unwanted goods can be exchanged for a credit note; provided your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided. Returns may incur a 20% Processing and Handling fee. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Please choose carefully when purchasing the following products, as we do not offer a refund on these items unless the product is significantly faulty:

 

  • Underwear, Swimwear or any clothing of Personal Nature.
  • Bedding accessories, including pillow and mattress protectors.
  • Prepaid vouchers or gift cards.
  • CD, DVD or software (if the security seal and/or shrink wrap is broken)
  • Cosmetics & fragrances.
  • Jewellery
  • Mobile phones, prepaid starter kits or other activation products.
  • Personal care merchandise.
  • Any food product.
  • Costumes
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

 

A refund, repair or exchange may not be given if:

 

  • You cannot produce adequate proof of purchase.
  • The product has been misused or mistreated.

 

If the customer cannot provide proof of purchase, then an exchange for another product may be offered at the store management's discretion.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
